  • Most Durable Maintenance free Clay Tile – Typically this product is more on the Higher Tier of pricing $$$ Machine Made Grade A Roof Tiles are the most Durable Clay tile in the market as they are manufactured in a more Controlled environment with chemical additives to give the tile the compressive strength it needs to perform over the years, this type of Tile has more of a perfected look, in some cases these tiles are 3D printed as well and currently available in various weathered looks.
  • Not so durable, Maintenance required Clay Tiles – These Roof tiles can still be expensive $ depending on the manufacturer and style and require annual maintenance of replacing cracked and broken tile, not recommended to walk on. These tiles are typically chosen for 
  • their Unique, authentic, and weathered appearance. Great choice for historic renovations.
