1. Contractor Selection Process

  • Engineer/Consultant Digital Design Emailed to all bidders
  • Pre Bid meeting
  • Top 3 contractors selected
  • Contractor interview
  • Letter of Intent

2. Contract Agreement

  • Selected Contractor or Owner Lawyer rough draft contracts
  • Construction Schedules and Billing schedules drafted and inserted in contracts
  • Both parties legal team reviews/ discussions and corrections as needed
  • Signatures

3. Pre Construction Submittals/ Permit

  • Pre-Construction submittals drafted and submitted to EOR review and approval
  • Permit applications signatures
  • Notice of commencement signatures
  • Payment and performance bond submitted

4. Long Lead Items - Material Orders/ Equipments orders

  • Purchase Orders submitted
  • Delivery delivery date confirmations
  • Crane/heavy equipment delivery date confirmations
  • Fencing/bathrooms/ temporary offices delivery date conformations
